Daniel W. White was born in Potsdam, New York. His education includes a degree with honors from Dartmouth College and from Case Western University School of Law.
Mr. White was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1977 and has remained in the same firm in Alpena throughout his career. He is an “AV Preeminent” rated attorney through Martindale Hubbell, a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a past president of the 26th Judicial Circuit Bar Association. He has previously been named one of sixteen Michigan attorneys recognized as a “Citizens Lawyer” for his community involvement. He specializes in litigation with an emphasis on criminal defense, insurance defense, defense of municipalities, and personal injury.

Matthew Wojda is a 2005 graduate of Adrian College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Political Science and English Literature. He graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2008.
A native of Alpena, Matthew J. Wojda joined the firm in March of 2012. He is an active member of the local community, working with Habitat for Humanity and the Alpena Downtown Development Authority. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wojda was employed with a consulting firm specializing in electronic discovery matters. He clerked for a law firm with a general civil practice from 2007 to 2008 while earning his law degree.
